The Financial Services Commission has issued a communiqué
(the "Communique") on 8 March 2021 to inform its
licensees/registered entities that no administrative penalties will
be charged for late filing of audited financial statements/annual
reports, quarterly/interim financial statements and financial
summaries for the years/quarters ended as specified in the
Communique.
