The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ("CySEC") has announced the detailed arrangements for regulated Cyprus investment fund managers and self-managed investment funds to submit information regarding the year 2017 for the purposes of risk-based supervision. They apply to Alternative Investment Fund Managers, UCITS Management Companies, Self-Managed UCITS, Self-Managed Alternative Investment Funds, Self-Managed Alternative Investment Funds with Limited Number of Persons and companies whose sole activity is the management of Alternative Investment Funds with Limited Number of Persons.

All entities of these categories which were authorised and undertaking activities at 31 December 2017 are required to complete form RBSF-MC, which is available on the CySEC website, and submit it online via CySEC's Transaction Reporting System by 20 July 2018. The data reported should be based on audited financial statements.
