From 16 to 17 November 2015, Anti--‐Monopoly Bureau ("AMB") under the Ministry of Commerce ("MOFCOM") held the 2015 National Commerce System Antitrust Workshop in Beijing. The workshop gave a comprehensive overview of progress in antitrust work within commerce system in 2015 and the work concept in 2016, to representatives of commercial departments, relevant chambers of commerce and associations from various provinces, autonomous provinces, municipalities and municipalities with independent planning status. The attendees exchanged views on the workshop and conducted a full discussion on key issues.
