Cayman Islands: Walkers BVI Now Approved Trademark Agent

It's official! Walkers (BVI) is now an approved Trade Mark Agent!

The BVI's new Trade Mark Act, 2013 came into force on 1 September 2015. The law, amongst other things, requires those who wish to provide the services of a trade mark agent under the new law to be approved by the Financial Services Commission. Walkers has now received such approval.
