On November 10, 2020, Vox Royalty Corp. (TSXV: VOX) announced
that it had entered into a binding purchase and sale agreement to
acquire the rights to a portfolio of up to eight royalties from
Breakwater Resources Ltd. and some of its wholly-owned
affiliates.
Stuart Olley of Gowling WLG advised Breakwater Resources in the
negotiation of this agreement.
