O Informativo Energia Elétrica contém a legislação e a regulamentação do setor elétrico, de caráter geral, publicadas no mês de novembro de 2015. Destaque para a (i) Resolução Conjunta ANA/Aneel nº 1.305, que estabelece as diretrizes e procedimentos para outorga de direito de uso de recursos hídricos para empreendimentos hidrelétricos em operação comercial em cursos d'água de domínio da União; e (ii) abertura da Audiência Pública nº 74, com vistas ao aprimoramento da Resolução Normativa Aneel nº 631/2014, que estabelece os critérios e procedimentos para revisão da alocação de cotas de garantia física e de potência das usinas hidrelétricas enquadradas na Lei nº 12.783/2013 às concessionárias de distribuição.
