Nesta quarta-feira (22/07), A Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (“ANTT”) publicou aviso retomando a Audiência Pública 01/2020, originalmente aberta em fevereiro, cujo objeto é a atualização e simplificação das Resoluções nº 2.309 (setor ferroviário) e nº 2.310 (setor rodoviário), ambas de 2007. A audiência será voltada a discutir novas regras para a transferência de concessão de rodovias e ferrovias nas hipóteses de anuência à transferência de controle societário, de aquisição originária de controle societário, de alteração estatutária e de acordo de acionistas.

A Audiência Pública está marcada para ocorrer por meio de videoconferência no dia 29 de julho (quarta-feira) das 15h às 17h (o link será divulgado no site da ANTT às 14h do mesmo dia) e o período para submissão de contribuições vai até 7 de agosto.
