T4U hired Veirano Advogados in
São Paulo and Israeli law firm Meiter Liquornik Geva Leshem
Tal in Tel Aviv. It is thought that Chiarottino e Nicoletti
Advogados also advised Phoenix Towers, but this could not be
confirmed before publication.
The deal closed on 15 June for an undisclosed amount, although
the Brazilian press values T4U at US$130 million. PTI now owns 100
per cent of T4U’s shares.
