Veirano Advogados advised Harald and its
shareholders for the deal, which closed on 19 June.
Fuji paid some US$200 million for an 83 per cent stake in
Harald. The São Paulo-based company produces 90 million
tonnes of chocolate per yer and supplies 70,000 businesses across
Brazil.
