A decree published on July 29, 2013, establishes new rules regarding anti-dumping procedures in Brazil. It replaces a previous decree enacted in 1995.

The new decree regulates in more detail certain aspects of the anti-dumping investigation, such as Reviews, and establishes new rules regarding relevant issues (e.g., the obligation of Preliminary Determinations), besides fixing deadlines related to the proceedings, among others.

The changes will enter into force on October 1st, 2013.
