NBS announcement on the issuing of a Measure to regulate the procedures to register bank loans and guarantees, and the scope to announce data recorded in the bank loans and guarantees register.
This measure regulates the procedures to make records in the register of bank loans, guarantees for loans, and also guarantees granted to enterprises by banks or foreign bank branches.
At the same time it registers received payables of other banks or foreign bank branches in Slovak or foreign currency amounting at least SK 3 million.
The measure also regulates the scope of data announcement recorded in the bank loans and guarantees register. This measure became effective from 1 December 1996.
