Jamie Whalebone

As DWF’s Director of Legal Consultancy & Transformation, Jamie is responsible for leading the transformation and consultancy practice, focusing on advising clients on in-house transformation activities, managed legal services, and leading delivery optimisation projects internally across practice areas. Jamie also drives DWF’s legal tech strategy and adoption. He specialises in transforming service delivery through creating new operating models, process optimisation, and technology integration. Jamie was previously responsible for the setup, operational governance, and delivery of both a managed delivery team and a legal technology operations team at another international law firm. Jamie has experience in creating tech-enabled legal solutions.

Ganesh Natarajan

Ganesh co-founded DWF Mindcrest in 2001 with the belief that innovation and technology would transform the legal services industry. Since then, he has fostered its growth from inception to the industry leader it is now, serving Fortune 500 corporations and major law firms. As its CEO and co-founder, Ganesh is a pioneer in the legal services industry. Early in Ganesh’s legal career, his practice focused on international transactions. Prior to DWF Mindcrest, he was a partner specializing in international mergers and acquisitions. In addition to his role as CEO, Ganesh currently serves as a member of the Bloomberg Law Advisory Board.

Chris Fowler

Chris Fowler is General Counsel Technology at BT Group plc. Technology is the part of BT which builds and runs BT’s fixed and mobile networks, its internal IT as well as its research and development unit. Chris is also a Director of BT’s joint venture MBNL Limited which builds and manages mobile infrastructure across the UK. In November 2019 the BT Technology Legal Team was awarded Legal Department of the year in the TMT as well as Commerce & Industry categories. Previously Chris was the COO for BT Legal during which he defined and implemented BT Legal’s new operating model, created its technology strategy and adopted alternative providers into its delivery model. Chris was also previously the General Counsel for Commercial and was responsible for setting BT’s trading policies and the commercial lawyers across BT’s enterprise trading divisions in the UK. Prior to joining BT Chris worked in the legal departments of Experian and Volkswagen Audi Group.
