On 19 April 2010 the Standing Committee of the National Assembly in Vietnam released Resolution No. 928/2010/UBTVQH issuing the royalties tariff ("Resolution 928") to implement Article 7 of the Royalties Law No. 45/2009/QH12.
Resolution 928 will take effect as from 1 July 2010.
