Who's Who Legal (WWL) has recognised nine Carey Olsen corporate partners as experts in the 2020 edition of its annual private funds guide.

Among the nine recognised, Guernsey partner David Crosland has once again been selected as a 'global elite thought leader' – one of only five for the offshore region and the only Guernsey-based lawyer to gain additional recognition.

WWL uses the recommendations of clients and private practitioners to identify its thought leaders which, the publication says, are worthy of special mention owing not only to their vast expertise and experience advising on some of the world's most significant and cutting-edge legal matters, but also their ability to innovate, inspire, and go above and beyond to deliver for their clients.

The other eight partners to be recognised in Who's Who Legal: Private Funds 2020 are: Jarrod Farley (Cayman Islands); Christopher Anderson, Andrew Boyce, Tom Carey and Ben Morgan (Guernsey); Robert Milner and James Mulholland (Jersey); Jasmine Amaria (London).

David Crosland said: "It is an honour to have once again been recognised as a global elite thought leader for private funds work. The fact that Carey Olsen, as a firm, has nine partners feature within the guide itself is also testament to the quality and expertise of our global investment funds practice."
