PHOENIX (December 19, 2018) – Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP announced Tyler J. Carrell has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the firm's Business Transactions practice group. He is a real estate attorney whose practice focuses on real estate transactions and commercial finance.

Carrell has significant experience in all aspects of corporate law representing real estate developers, lenders, non-profit organizations and borrowers. He has handled matters including the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of retail, office, residential and mixed-use developments. Carrell also represents financial institutions in commercial finance tranasctions including real estate and asset-based equipment and warehouse lending. Additionally, he has managed enforcement of loan agreements, real estate leases, guaranties, contracts, real estate purchase agreements, commercial contract guarantees and deficiency and loan default matters.
An avid supporter and member of the legal community, Carrell currently serves on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona and on the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Bar Association. He was the recipient of the inaugural Steven H. Hirsch Outstanding Young Lawyer award in 2016 and has consistently been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyer "Rising Star" since 2014.
Carrell received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Arizona State University and his B.S. from the University of Arizona.
