The Renters Reform Bill seeks to shake up the regulation of private residential lettings in a way which far exceeds any change made in the last generation. With s21 no fault evictions set to be abolished, periodic tenancies to become de rigour, tenants to be able to request consent to keep a pet and minimum housing standards to be introduced across the board, landlords, and their advisors, will be on a steep learning curve to ensure that the new rules are complied with.

In our Renters Reform webinar, Laura Tweedy walks you through the recent White Paper, the expected changes and what it will mean for landlords and tenants in the private rental sector.
