Arnold & Porter was once again named one of the "100 Best Companies" to work for and one of the "Best Companies for Dads" by Seramount.

The "100 Best Companies" list "investigates everything impacting working mothers, including parental leave, phasing back, fertility benefits, adoption, caregiver benefits, flexible scheduling, mentoring, and sponsorship, and opportunities for advancement." Seramount compiles the annual list by surveying companies about their leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare, advancement programs, and flexibility policies.

The "Best Companies for Dads" list "recognizes the growing importance companies place on giving dads time off and support for their families." The list looks at paid gender-neutral or paternity leave, phase-back policies, child- and dependent-care benefits, and corporate support groups for men and dads.

Earlier this year, Arnold & Porter was named as one of the 'Best Law Firms for Women' by Seramount. The 2022 list recognizes 50 law firms that use best practices to recruit, retain, promote, and develop women lawyers.
