As the pandemic eases, it is clear that hybrid and remote overseas working is here to stay for a lot of working practices.
In this interview, Linda discusses the rising demand for remote overseas working and what implications there may be for employers if they were to refuse these requests.
"We are seeing employers having to try and be more flexible in order to keep, retain and attract talent. We're seeing a lot of companies bringing in policies that allow short term arrangements which carry slightly less risk, or possibly agreeing with employees that they can work oversees where it's a country that the employer has a company in."
