Ocorian, a global leader in fund administration, capital markets, corporate and fiduciary services, has appointed Alice Miller as Head of Transformation as it continues to grow its business.

Based in London, she will be responsible for leading a global transformation programme at the group designed to deliver increased business value for Ocorian and its investors and reports to Chief Operating Officer Carole Murphy.

Her focus is delivering a change management programme across Ocorian to support its global workforce in delivering enhanced value for clients, investors and employees.

During her 20-plus year career she has held a series of senior roles most recently at Capgemini where she worked in operational excellence, post-acquisition integration, sales and business change. Previously she worked at NGA HR (now Alight Solutions) and HSBC.
