RDJ has appointed Fionnuala Power as People and Culture Director.

An experienced HR strategist, Fionnuala will combine her skills in HR operations, coaching and driving cultural change to strengthen employee engagement, supporting the growth and development of the team, and driving firm initiatives around diversity, inclusion and overall wellbeing.

Fionnuala joins from Apple, where she was People Business Partner for Corporate Functions. Prior to her time at Apple, Fionnuala was HR Operations Manager with VMware.
