Davies Collison Cave (DCC) and Davies Collison Cave Law (DCCL) are delighted to announce the promotion of nine individuals across our Law firm and our Patent and Trade Marks attorney firm which took effect on 1 July 2022.

DCC welcomes two new Principals:

Madeleine Chan is a registered Trade Mark Attorney in DCC's Melbourne office, and is known for her timely, strategic and commercially relevant advice. Specialising in all aspects of trade mark law and advises on clearing, registering and enforcing trade marks in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and internationally, Madeleine also has significant experience in the conduct of opposition proceedings, non-use actions and the enforcement of trade mark and related rights.

Madeleine acts for a diverse range of local and international clients including those in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, food and beverage, consumer goods, home improvement, technology and fashion industries.

Kian Hoe Khoo is a registered patent agent in DCC's Singapore office. He is experienced in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the areas of life science-related disciplines including molecular biology, protein engineering, immunotherapy, antibody therapeutics, vaccines and medical diagnostics. Kian Hoe is also experienced in providing patent validity and infringement advice.

He has co-authored a number of research articles in peer-reviewed international journals and gives regular talks and lectures on intellectual property.

DCCL is also pleased to announce that Felicity Dalle Nogare has been elevated to the position of Managing Associate. Felicity is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Melbourne. She is known for her strategic, outcome driven legal advice that focuses on achieving efficient and practical solutions for her clients.

Additionally we announce the elevation of Amelia Nowosilskyj (DCCL, Melbourne), Chloe Wildman (DCC, Sydney) and Grace O'Connor (DCCL, Melbourne) to Senior Associate; and of Jie An Yang (DCC, Singapore), Lawrence Wong (DCC, Sydney) and Simon Broner (DCC, Sydney) to Associate.
