International law firm Gowling WLG has advised Jazz Pharmaceuticals on its new 60,000 sq. ft, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, representing an investment of over $100 million (approximately £75 million).

Gowling WLG advised Jazz Pharmaceuticals on all aspects of the transaction including tax, real estate, construction and pPlanning. The team that worked on the project was led by Simon Wood and Helen Emmerson with support from partners Paul Green (Construction), Lee Nuttall (Tax) and Ben Stansfield (Environmental), legal director Tim Sharp (Planning) and principal associate Heather Manning (Real Estate).
