On April 2022, traditionally, the Export Center of the Mogilev region hosted the "Exporter's School". The aim of this program is to provide regional representatives of small and medium-sized businesses with the knowledge necessary to perform export activities.

Specialists of GRATA International, Belarus Maria Azarova (associate), and Polina Sachava (junior associate), performed as speakers in the Legal support of export activities module with the review of the most practice-oriented points:

• The procedure for conducting currency transactions.
• Currency and foreign trade contracts. Essential terms of currency contracts and foreign trade contracts.
• Adjustment of the currency contract in accordance with the legislation. The algorithm of revision of currency contracts.
• Legal support of the execution of currency contracts. Repatriation of currency assets.
• Issues of registration of currency contracts on the web portal of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
