Experienced finance and corporate lawyer Ross Wilding has joined Walkers' Finance and Corporate group in its London office.

Ross, who joins as a Senior Associate, previously practised in the Cayman Islands before moving to London, and regularly acts for leading international banks and other financial institutions, international corporations and private equity houses.

Before moving offshore, Ross worked in the banking department of Burges Salmon LLP in Bristol, and undertook a six-month secondment in-house to Nationwide Building Society.

Ross joins the top offshore legal team in the City led by Managing Partner Jack Boldarin - Walkers' London office advises on BVI, Cayman and Bermuda law, and is ranked in the top tier by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Jack said that Ross' arrival was very welcome.
