International law firm Proskauer announced today that it advised Atlas Venture, a leading early stage venture capital firm investing in groundbreaking biotech innovation, on the closing of its thirteenth fund.

The fund was oversubscribed and closed at its hard cap of $450 million in commitments. Through its latest fund, Atlas Venture will continue to work alongside entrepreneurs to create and invest in biotech companies aimed at delivering impactful medicines to patients.
