Tim was a partner with Garrets in Birmingham and previously spent 11 years at Edge & Ellison (Hammonds). He has recently been rated as one of the Top 30 corporate stars outside London. Tim specializes in domestic and cross border M&A, strategic alliances, fundraisings and reconstructions and his experience spans the engineering, technology, leisure, retail and financial services sectors.
