This webinar will provide a timely analysis of current legal issues and a unique perspective on cases that will be decided by the end of the term in June 2022. - Gallardo v. Marstiller: Whether the federal Medicaid Act provides for a state Medicaid program to recover reimbursement for Medicaid's payment of a beneficiary's past medical expenses by taking funds from the portion of the beneficiary's tort recovery that compensates for future medical expenses
Arbitration
- Badgerow v. Walters: Whether a federal court has jurisdiction under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) to confirm or vacate an arbitration award when the only basis for jurisdiction is that the underlying dispute involved a federal question
