Queensland law firm, Cooper Grace Ward is pleased to end the year with four team members being promoted to more senior roles.

The firm has promoted Chantal Kirkwood (property), David Lowes (property) and Keeghan Silcock (commercial) to senior associate. Angela Sheehy (property) has also been promoted to associate.

Chantal Kirkwood advises on retail and commercial leasing, including a particular focus on shopping centre leasing, commercial agreements and general property law. She has also worked on large transactions including the sale and acquisition of shopping centres.

David Lowes provides advice in relation to commercial and agricultural property acquisitions and disposals, high value residential conveyancing, retirement village leases, retail, commercial and industrial leasing and general property law.

Keeghan Silcock assists clients with a broad range of commercial and corporate matters including acquisitions and sales, stakeholder agreements, tax and structuring issues, self-managed superannuation, trusts and asset protection.

Angela Sheehy advises on a range of property development and commercial property transactions.
