The National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) has awarded Jim Brosnahan, senior of counsel in Morrison & Foerster's Litigation Group, the Lifetime Achievement Award for his work with the organization.

"He's a remarkable man with an incredible career. It's impossible to know how far reaching his impact has been, but we know it's been huge."

Jim has more than 50 years of experience in both civil and criminal trial work and has tried 150 cases to conclusion. The cases have ranged from anti-trust to wire fraud and from patent litigation to white collar crime and murder.
