Stefano represents a wide range of corporate and individual clients and trusts. He joins Withers with senior associates Marco Busia and Giuseppe Francesco Patti, as well as associates Silvia Barba, Laura Maestri and Federico Donetti.

Roberta Crivellaro, head of Withers' Italian practice, comments: "Stefano and his team are a major addition to our Italian group. Under the leadership of Giulia Cipollini we have built a leading personal tax practice, and this will now be complemented and supported by Stefano's expertise in corporate tax matters. Our many family business and institutional clients will benefit hugely from his skills and we're so pleased to welcome him to Withers!"

Stefano adds: "This is a big move for me and my team to an international network that will offer much more to my clients, whilst also allowing us to grow the breadth and variety of our work. Withers' Milan team have an excellent reputation for developing solutions for clients wishing to take advantage of Italy's non-domiciled tax regime, and this excellence complements my practice well. I look forward to linking up with my colleagues across the world on some exciting and cutting-edge projects."
