Taft attorney Courtney Lynch has been selected to participate in the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's inaugural WE ASCEND program. This leadership development program helps women of color professionals develop exceptional leadership skills that empower them to take their careers and their companies to the next level.
Lynch focuses her practice on litigation. She has counseled clients regarding admissions of guilt and negotiations, and has researched, drafted, and argued motions. She has experience preparing opening and closing statements, and conducting direct and cross-examinations for trials. She has also collaborated with experts and onsite investigators to investigate claims.
