We would like to take this opportunity to introduce the newest member of the Braumiller Law Group team, Associate Attorney, Harold Radar Jackson.

Harold Jackson advises clients on a variety of issues related to international trade law. His areas of practice focus on import laws and export controls, representing companies before governmental agencies, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Food and Drug Administration, Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration, and Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Controls.

He also advises importers and other clients regarding Customs and U.S. trade issues, such as tariff classification, valuation, country of origin and substantial transformation, Section 232 and 301 Duties and exclusions, Antidumping & Countervailing Duties, trade agreements, and tariff mitigation strategies. He assists clients with protests, prior disclosures, penalty and liquidated damages cases, CAFRA and Non-CAFRA seizure cases, CBP investigations, CBP ruling requests, Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) applications, and litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade.

Harold is a great fit for the team as he loves to travel, kayak, & hike, and stay active in general....plus.....he plays guitar and bass, and cut his musician baby teeth on jazz in New Orleans.
