We are pleased to welcome Erin Moch who has joined our business law group as an associate.
Erin was called to the Bar in 2018 and has experience advising
on a range of business
law matters such as M&A, dispositions, amalgamations and
financings for a range of clients in the agribusiness, energy,
financial services and manufacturing sectors. She also advises
clients on tax law, including tax litigation and the tax aspects of
M&A, joint ventures, and company reorganizations and
restructurings.
