The corporate team at Gowling WLG has advised Draper Esprit, one of Europe's leading venture capital firms, on its move to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange from AIM and Euronext Growth.

The new listings will allow the Company to move forward in the continued creation, funding and development of disruptive high-growth technology businesses.

Gowling WLG has advised Draper Esprit, whose market capitalisation is now c.£1.4bn, since its AIM and Euronext Growth admission in June 2016. Corporate partner Kris Rogers led the team advising on the transaction, supported by principal associate Emily Troubridge, senior associate Emily Airton, associate Hannah Misso and trainee Jatin Mapara.
