On June 1, 2021, Samuel, Son & Co., Limited ("Samuel") announced the acquisition of Waterloo, Ontario-based Systematix Inc., a leading automated systems provider for customers in a wide range of end markets.
Headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, Samuel was founded in 1855 and is a family-owned integrated network of metal manufacturing, value-added processing and distribution divisions with extensive operations in each of Canada, the United States and Mexico.
