On April 6, 2021, ARC Resources closed its $8.1 billion strategic Montney combination with Seven Generations Energy. ARC Resources, a client of BD&P since 1996, is now Canada's largest condensate producer, third-largest natural gas producer and sixth-largest upstream energy company. ARC is the largest pure-play Montney producer and a leader in responsible energy development in Canada.
