The firm is pleased to announce this year's recipients of the Paul B. Butler Service Award.  The award is given annually and the winners are selected from the recipients of the prior year's STEP Award, which recognizes employees who exemplify Service, Teamwork, Excellence and adherence to the firm's Principles.

This year, the Committee has chosen Carol Serrano and Dom LeCao as this year's Paul B. Butler Award winners.  Carol and Dom are the leaders of the I.T. department.  They spearheaded the drive to allow the entire firm to transition to a work-from-home environment in the early days of the Coronavirus Pandemic.  They led the I.T. team's efforts to upgrade the firm's computer hardware and bandwidth capability, create Citrix profiles for half the firm, assist the employees in setting up on Citrix, and worked nights and weekends to keep the system running and stable.  In addition, they helped the firm transition to video conference meetings, and upgraded Microsoft Office to a newer version that was faster and more stable in the Citrix environment.  Through their leadership, Carol and Dom allowed the firm not only to survive 2020, but to thrive in a new and unprecedented work environment centered on emerging technology.  For those reasons the firm is pleased to present them with the Paul B. Butler Service Award.
