We are pleased to announce that, following an audit by Bureau Veritas Athens, our firm has been recertified as being compliant with ISO 9001:2015, after completing successfully, the three years of the certification cycle.
Possession of the ISO 9001:2015 certification is a visible demonstration of our commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Achieving and retaining it ensures that we engage in a constant effort to understand and meet the needs of our stakeholders. The audit may be regarded as a 'one-off' process, but it is designed to check that we are fulfilling the ISO 9001:2015 quality standards on an 'on-going' basis. Quality management is a constant journey and not an end state. 2020 has been a particularly challenging year during which, due to the Covid pandemic, we have had to alter our work practices and design a method by which BV Athens could conduct their ISO 9001:2015 audit remotely via MS Teams rather than in person as is usual. Retaining our compliance certification and improving our quality standards in such circumstances is a significant achievement.
