On September 2, 2020, the Quebec government published the final versions of approximately 30 regulations giving effect to amendments to the Environment Quality Act. These amendments are to come into force at the end of the year. The regulations significantly alter the environmental approval regime.

We invite you to join members of our Environmental group at a webcast where they will discuss these recent developments and how they may impact your business operations.

Our speakers will provide an overview of key changes taking place to help you prepare for the new regime. They will also cover other recent developments, including the environmental impacts of Bill 66, An Act respecting the acceleration of certain infrastructure projects, which was tabled on September 23, as well as measures announced recently by the federal government to ensure a green recovery.
