Overview

In September 2019, ESMA released a comprehensive set of guidelines on Liquidity Stress Testing relating to UCITS and AIFs and which apply to managers and depositories. The deadline for implementation of such Guidelines is 30 September 2020.

The Guidelines outline detailed requirements which build further on liquidity risk management principles already imposed by the AIFMD and UCITS Directive. ZASMalta shall, together with Ganado Advocates and Clarus Risk, be hosting a webinar on these Guidelines to particularly assist Asset Managers in understanding the imposed requirements.
