During lockdown cases of domestic abuse have significantly risen, but what is meant by 'domestic abuse' and what support is there to prevent it and protect victims from further unwanted behaviour? DMH Stallard LLP have joined forces with the domestic abuse section of Surrey Police and Your Sanctuary, a local domestic abuse charity, to explain what support is available to victims and their families and to demonstrate that we are accessible and approachable to victims. This seminar is not just aimed at family law practitioners but also anyone who may be affected by, or suspect someone may be affected by, domestic abuse. This is also an essential webinar for employers to assist in spotting the signs of domestic abuse in their colleagues and offering them the right support.
