Two senior lawyers at Cooper Grace Ward have been accredited as SMSF Specialist Advisors" after passing the coveted SMSFA accreditation program.

The recognised lawyers are special counsel Hayley Mitchell and senior associate Steven Jell.

Both team members are from the firm's succession and estate planning practice.

Hayley Mitchell provides clients with practical advice in all aspects of estate and superannuation death benefit disputes, estate administration, succession planning for complex structures, superannuation succession planning and business succession. In addition, Hayley is an accreditation specialist in succession law in Queensland.

Steven Jell provides key estate planning, self managed superannuation, asset protection and succession planning advice as well as broader transaction-based commercial and self managed superannuation focused legal services.
