Rohit Turkhud, a Partner at Fakhoury Global Immigration USA PC, (FGI) has been recognized in EB5 Investors Magazine's "Top 25 Immigration Attorneys List." This honor is given to distinguished immigration attorneys who file investor petitions primarily.
Rohit joined FGI in 2012 and serves as a Partner in both their India and U.S. offices. He specializes in IT industry-based and EB-5 (immigrant investor) visas, and has become renowned for assisting foreign nationals from around the world with the EB-5 visa program, including preparing and filing I-526 petitions and I-829 petitions for regional centers and direct investors.
A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Associations (AILA), Rohit is licensed in the state of New York. He earned a Bachelor in Communication and an LL.B., both from the University of Mumbai. He also completed an LL.M. at the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania.
