The shareholders of Allen Lane have sold 82.5% of the issued shares in its holding company to Outsourcing Inc.

Mishcon de Reya represented the shareholders of Allen Lane on the sale. Nick Davis, Head of Corporate and the Recruitment Services Group led the Mishcon de Reya team comprised of Partner Laura Chandler, Managing Associate Pippa Williamson and Associate Amy Bruce.

Based and operating in the UK, Allen Lane provides recruitment services for public and not-for-profit sectors. Outsourcing Inc., headquartered in Japan, provides outsourcing, recruiting and placing, worker dispatching, and employment placement services both in Japan and internationally.

Since entering the UK Market in 2016, Outsourcing have been growing their UK subsidiaries as part of a focused growth strategy. The deal is expected to enable Outsourcing to offer wider proposals to their governmental client base and utilise Allen Lane's specialist recruiting and consulting capabilities.
