In a move to accommodate a rapidly expanding staff and need for additional space, Ronan Daly Jermyn has relocated its Dublin office to the Exchange building in George's Dock at the IFSC.
"This is an exciting time for the firm" said Richard Martin, Managing Partner, Ronan Daly Jermyn. "The new, larger space affords the firm further facilities for growth as the firm continues to expand its offering across its offices in Dublin, Cork and Galway." He continued "we were fortunate to find such an exceptional space right at the heart of our preferred location. This brand new building will provide our people, and our clients, with a bespoke, state of the art space. It brings the total square footage occupied by Ronan Daly Jermyn across its three offices to over 40,000 sq ft from which the Ronan Daly Jermyn team serves a wide range of national and multinational clients."
Speaking of the fresh, open plan, layout of the new space, Jamie Olden, Partner-in-charge at the firm's Dublin office said: "With up-and-coming millennials in mind, our goal was to create a more open, communal workspace that would help enhance productivity and reflect the firm's culture of collaboration".
Designed by KMD Architects, The Exchange is centrally located at George's Dock on the Docklands Luas line and offers extensive views across the Dublin skyline. With an emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency, the design of the building is underwritten by LEED accreditation.
