Sparke Helmore Lawyers is proud to again sponsor Dive In, the insurance industry's festival for diversity and inclusion.

Sparke Helmore, QBE and Willis Towers Watson are hosting an event at QBE where customer diversity is being discussed, with Deloitte Human Capital Partner and author of Which two heads are better than one? Juliet Bourke leading the discussion and facilitating a panel of eminent speakers, including representatives from Westpac, QBE, Victorian Multicultural Commission and former David Jones CEO and Managing Director, Paul Zahra.

"Dive In creates a great sense of unity and excitement about the opportunities diversity presents. We're delighted to partner with our client QBE, and with Willis Towers Watson, to put the business case for customer diversity up front and centre at our event as it's a thought-provoking topic and is sure to generate some interesting discussion."

"Diversity and inclusion is critical to the success of our firm and we see immense value in accessing diversity of thought and experience, not just with the people we hire, but with all the people we work with," said Gillian Davidson, Co-chair of Sparke Helmore's Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Committee, National Leader of the firm's Liability practice and a member of the firm's Board.

The firm is launching its 2020 Diversity & Inclusion Strategy during Dive In. Visit Sparke Helmore's Diversity & Inclusion page to find out more.

Dive In began as a Lloyd's initiative in London two years ago and has become a global phenomenon with 17 countries taking part this year. Dive In events are being held in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth from 26 to 28 September.
