Collas Crill are delighted to have welcomed a total of 7
students to our Cayman office on our Work Experience Programme over
the last few months.
As well as new faces we were pleased to welcome some familiar faces
in students who took part in the 2022 Collas Crill Moot. All the high school
students spent a week with our lawyers and business services teams
to get a taste of working at a law firm.
Work experience is one aspect of Collas Crill's education
roadmap strategy, which includes the annual Moot (or mock trial
competition), summer internship, articled clerkship and the scholarship programme – all designed to
give Caymanian students the opportunity to discover and build
rewarding and fulfilling careers "on-island".
"As a firm Collas Crill takes real pride in its roots in the
local communities in which we operate. We recognise and embrace the
ideas young people can bring to the business and through our
various programmes we hope to show students what opportunities are
available to them – not only within law, but all the business
support services", said Cayman Managing Partner Stephen Leontsinis.
