Foley Hoag LLP energy & climate counsel Devlyn Tedesco has been appointed to the New York Battery and Energy Storage Technology (NY-BEST") Consortium Board of Directors. NY-BEST serves as an expert resource for energy storage-related companies and organizations looking to grow their business in New York State. The consortium is actively engaged in developing policies, programs and regulations to achieve New York's nation-leading climate and energy goals.

She was also appointed to Law360's Energy Editorial Advisory Board for 2023, on which she will provide insight to Law360 on trends in legal developments in the industry.
