With nearly 20 years of experience, Eric is a seasoned lawyer in the areas of asset management, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.

Having worked in the investment management industry for most of his career, notably as Chief Legal Officer for a publicly traded portfolio company, Eric is particularly well known for his extensive knowledge of the industry and the various issues affecting private fund managers./p>
