Foley Hoag LLP has announced the elevation of Cindy Lewiton Jackson to Chief Professional Development Officer and Rosa Nuñez to Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer.

Jackson, who has been serving as Foley Hoag's Director of Professional Development, joined the firm in 2009. Throughout her tenure at the firm, Jackson has created, implemented and managed a comprehensive attorney professional development organization. She provides ongoing strategic counsel to firm leadership and attorneys at all levels on a myriad of issues, programs and policies related to attorney career development, retention and advancement.

Nuñez joined Foley Hoag in 2019. She is responsible for developing, implementing, leading and championing proactive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and programs, in alignment with Foley Hoag's overall strategic plans. Nunez's initiatives are centered on awareness building, recruitment, engagement, retention, thought leadership and external positioning.
